This study investigates the influence of translation on the Arabic language among college students, focusing on key translation resources that impact their daily lives, students’ perceptions of translation quality, and their ability to identify Arabic structures influenced by foreign languages. Using a quantitative approach with questionnaires and tests, the study found that internet-based translation resources are the most popular among students, and the quality of translation is perceived as generally good to neutral. However, students struggle significantly to recognize translation-influenced Arabic structures. The study highlights the importance of addressing this issue and urges college students and translation professionals to seek practical solutions.
