The Role of Islamic Education Teachers in Promoting a Safe Educational Environment Among Secondary School Students in Aden Governorate (From the Perspective of Subject Teachers)

Abstract

Primary Research Question: What is the role of Islamic education teachers in promoting a safe educational environment among secondary school students in Aden Governorate? The researcher utilized the descriptive analytical method. The research sample comprised Islamic education teachers in secondary schools in Al-Mansoora district, total 154 male and female teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by presenting it to expert referees in curricula, teaching methods, and educational administration, while reliability was verified using an out-of-sample group. The questionnaire contained 44 items distributed across four main domains:

1. The role of Islamic education teachers in enhancing student behavior toward the physical educational environment.

2. The role of Islamic education teachers in enhancing student behavior toward a safe educational environment.

3. The role of Islamic education teachers in enhancing students' intellectual behavior.

4. The role of Islamic education teachers in addressing behavioral problems among students.
