This study investigates the role of Three Dimensional Concurrent Engineering (3D CE) techniques and their tools، including CAD، CAM، CAE، PLM، DMU، in enhancing productivity efficiency in industrial facilities. The study analyzes global and Arab case applications to derive lessons for similar local manufacturing environments. The findings reveal a statistically significant relationship between the adoption of 3D CE tools and improvements in reducing production time، waste and costs، while enhancing quality and operational capacity. The study recommends developing Yemen's industrial digital infrastructure training engineering personnel on 3D CE tools، and integrating concurrent engineering concepts into university curricula to support the digital industrial transformation.
