This research explores the vital role of the social worker in caring for victims of crime by providing psychological, social, and legal support. It emphasizes the importance of professional and systematic intervention to help victims overcome the psychological and social consequences of crime and reintegrate into society. The study highlights the essential skills required of social workers, such as communication, assessment, and referral to specialized services. It also addresses the challenges faced by social workers, including limited resources, lack of clear policies, and the need for specialized training. The research concludes by stressing the necessity of strengthening the role of social workers within justice and social care institutions to ensure comprehensive support for crime victims.
