Abstract

Knowing the legal and legal ruling on the issue of delegation in public office was one of the most important objectives of this research (the ruling on deputation in public office).

The first section was devoted to introducing the delegation and the public job in language, terminology, and law, and the second research: knowing the differences between the deputation, agency, and trade, because the delegation is real and inherent to them.

The third section also talks about the heart and core of the research, that is: about the ruling on deputation in public work, according to jurisprudence and law.

The researcher reached the United States of America in the public service - as a general result concluded by the research - on the condition that a representative be like the delegate or higher than him in knowledge, qualifications and testimony, and that the procedures for this process-I mean: the delegation law-are Yemeni law represented by the civil service.

The researcher also recommended that 90 percent of the principal’s salary be handed over to the alternative.

Instead, hire for the specifications of your choice as an alternative.
